Delivery in 1-10 business days after shipment has been confirmed, depending on your location.
Packages will be shipped via Canada Post every Monday-Friday. We do not ship our packages on Saturday/Sunday.

Delivery could take up to 8 weeks or more depending on location, please be patient due to demand. Shipment will not be tracked.
We are unable to process shipping orders on certain Canadian Holidays; they will be shipped promptly after.
Customs and International Shipping
Please check with your customs or boarder control services before purchasing TEA ME TINY. Some countries do not allow the importation of teas. Customs may also feel the need to open tea pouch for an inspection, we have no control over this process and can only assure you that our teas are heat-sealed and quality checked before departure.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you have accidentally input incorrect shipping information please Contact Us as soon as possible so that we may correct it for you. If your package has already been shipped a reship may be issued at an additional charge ($10.00 domestic $15.00 international).
You may return a product for store credit or exchange (if due to TEA ME TINY error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). See below for instructions. Restrictions Apply.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it has arrived defective or damaged
We’re sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging. We will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Unfortunately, if your package is delivered and has been opened by customs we will be unable to offer you a refund or replacement. We can assure you that all products which leave our facility have been properly sealed and inspected. You will be responsible for the return postage.
If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind
Please let us know as soon as possible as we only offer a refund on your purchase if it has not been shipped yet. There will be a 15% deduction taken off your initial receipt as a restocking fee. If the item has already been shipped we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong item, or concerns about product effectiveness. Due to TGA and FDA regulations worldwide we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our tea blends.
How to Make a Return
To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us. To request an RMA, please follow this procedure:
Forward us a copy of your e-mail receipt. Please change the “Subject” field to "PRODUCT RETURN". Tell us why you are in need of a return. We will provide you with an RMA number. Please include this number clearly visible on your shipment packaging. Ship your package back to us at the following address:

How long do returns take to process?
Return processing time depends on where the package is being sent from/ returned to. It can take anywhere from 10-45 Business Days.
